President

Our family has been part of the Round Hill Community since 2008. My husband and I own and operate a small free range pork farm and meat shop in the area. I am passionate about agriculture and local food, and I am excited about this community project in the heart of Round Hill


Kyle Nahirniak

Vice President

Kyle's family has a long history in the Round Hill area with strong ties to the community.
We are fortunate to have Kyle's ability to dream, leadership skills  and his experience in science, environment, project management and agriculture as we navigate our many exciting Renaissance projects.


Susan Ellik

Secretary

Susie has a quick wit, has wonderful ideas and has been with RHRAF since the beginning. We are thankful for all the Susie contributes from volunteer hours, ideas and suggestions. 

Karmen Bowal

Treasurer

Karmen's positivity, talent with numbers and connections within the community are just a few of her many traits that we are thankful to benefit from. Despite her busy family, many work and volunteer commitments, Karmen is always eager to help with more, and available to help solve any problem we encounter.   


Gina Bergman

Director

Mom, wife, nurse. Born and raised in Round Hill and proud to be raising my kids here. I love being a part of such a unique and innovative group. I am learning something new everyday! 

Jackie Ewald

Director

I have lived in the Round Hill area with my husband and three boys for 16 years. I loves the outdoors, gardening, wildlife, taking nature photographs and greenhouse shopping. Building food security, regenerative permaculture and reconnecting with my diverse cultural roots have become what inspires me. 

Timothy Messick

Director

Timothy, aka Mr. Messick, brings joy into every space he walks into. He joined the Round Hill School Staff in 2023 and his ideas, passion and dedication are greatly appreciated by the RHRAF. 


Courtney Schwab

Director

Courtney joined the Round Hill community in 2019 when she moved to the farm with her husband and started teaching at Round Hill School. She is excited to be part of the RHRAF group and eager to contribute to all of the amazing projects that are in the works. 

Birte Robert

Director

One of the any contributions Birte has made to RHRAF is the herb spiral. This spiral is not only has beautiful aethetics but produces multiple microclimates perfect for growing a wide variety of herbs. 

Taren Lindstrand

I have 4 young children and a background in teaching and science. I am excited to share my passion for regenerative agriculture by providing educational opportunities for the students and community.
